Shipping
Jewelry handmade in Sweden
Your package will ship from Sweden within 5 business days after received payment.
Please allow up to 10 business days for arrival after shipment has been sent.
Curated items
Your package will ship from China with tracking. Please allow for up to 15 business days for arrival after shipment has been sent.
Refund and Returns Policy
Returns are accepted if the item is Significantly Not As Described.
After contacting Jewels by Laura any item valid for a refund should be shipped back with an equivalent service it was delivered with.
(If the item was sent traceable and insured it should be returned the same way).
Buyer will pay for shipment.
Buyer will receive a full refund excluding the original shipment cost at the time of the purchase.
Items must return in exactly the same condition it arrived.
Return must be shipped within 7 days after arrival.
Jewels by Laura reserves the right to cancel any order.
